This site does not use advertising trackers and does not set marketing cookies. We do not profile visitors, and we do not sell or share visitor information with third parties for their own purposes.

When you contact us

If you write to us, we hold your message, your contact details and our reply so we can handle the conversation you started. We treat what you tell us about your organisation as confidential, we use it only to respond to you, and we do not add you to a marketing list.

Enquiries submitted through the form on this site are delivered to us as email by Resend, our email delivery provider. Their privacy policy is available at resend.com/legal/privacy-policy.

How long we keep correspondence

We keep enquiry correspondence for up to 24 months, and for longer only where the conversation, or any work that follows it, reasonably requires. If you would like your details removed sooner, ask and we will delete them unless a legal or contractual obligation requires otherwise.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to how it is used. Contact us and we will respond to any request promptly.
